Die Byteüberprüfung von iMers Patcher prüft teilweise nicht richtig, ist mir schon öfters aufgefallen - Gibt noch genug andere Dif-Patcher welche gut funktionieren.

Make sure you have right crc or md5 of your game, this is (i think xD) right offset:
