It's the patcher of Metin2, you wrote a tutorial how to change it to download from a different server. And provided the server-side of the patcher, witch is easy to recreate.

This File Just Test
And To Crate The crlist you have to use the Toll(i put it in the server side)

Client Side :

1.Open metin2.bin in 7-zip Then You Will Have 26 file
2.open TorrentPatch.locale In Notepad++ (line: 22+23)
3.open TorrentPatch.url in Notepad++ Make You Patch URL
Example:
patch.mrlibya.com/metin2torrent.config.xml

Now create a zip archive For All File's And Give It Any Name Or Give Him Config Name

4.Now open a command promt (cmd) and use the command:

                             copy /B metin2.bin+config.zip Patcher.exe

Do what the thread says:
1. Unzip metin2.bin with 7zip (You will have 23 files)
2. open TorrentPatch.locale.xml In Notepad++ and edit line 22 and 23
3. open TorrentPatch.url.xml and change remoteConfigPath="...."
4. Zip the 23 files into an archive and name it config.zip (you can delete the 23 files)
5. Press SHIFT and and RIGHT-CLICK. Select Open Command Window Here
6. type this and press enter

copy /B metin2.bin+config.zip Patcher.exe

SERVER SIDE:
1. Upload the metin2torrent.config.xml and the 0.0.0.1 folder.
2. edit the metin2torrent.config.xml
3. Create the .lz-files and the crclist with the tool and balika's lz generator
4. Upload the .lz-files and the crclist into the 0.0.0.1 folder
