You can make a dif on the maximum number of characters 40 or something like that in the name of the horse?

why not ok and whats number of actual max characters ?

Dif for 8 Characters on one account (don't know if you need a dif or if that is even possible)
Dif for Dance 6
Dif to only wait 5 seconds after you died to respawn and only 2 seconds to respawn in the city
Dif that items will disappear once you dropped them after 5 seconds
