[RE-OPEN]unpacked 2012 and 2013 bins

to fix the RunMain error u must decrypt root and change all file types by 2 to 1

then recript and it works.

However, u haven't changed some packets, the game crash after choose pg, in the loading window.

Why when i add some new map in client it dont work...i use r36469u bin...in old client it work me all map...with this in new gf client dont work...when i teleport in map i only see black screen and in syser get this:

yes, atlasinfo.txt is wrong. in 2012er clients this moved to locale. (i wrote to you in pm...)
