Considering this as your first design then it's not bad and it seems that you can do better soon, it'll take you a while to be familiar with Photoshop but not so long, actually, depending on how smart you are. See, here's the first design I ever made and now I'm laughing that some day I called it "Professional" ... And now when I've become good enough at Photoshop, I used so simple public styles to make this yet I'm still learning.
