[How2] Metin2Client + Packer/Unpacker with unique LZO Key

I found on my computer veery old packer - packer from tim66613 (hah 1 January 2010!). Ok, first...


In the attachment you can download rar archive. ()
You got 2 files - metin2clinet.exe and m3.exe


Open this files via Hex Editor - i recommend .


Click CTRL+F and find this hex:
B99EB0026F69810563989B2879181A00
....oi..c..(y... - orginal LZO Key (in Text String)
And change hex.




for example...
I'll change hex for 49275645474F54554E495155454C5A4F
I'VEGOTUNIQUELZO - This is my new LZO Key Modified (in Text String)



If you want to have the latest tim66613 packer, you must unpack program -you can't got file packed by tElock. I'll send non-packed packer (original from January '10). Or buy it from tim66613

Hmm... Yes! This is possible to name as new crypt technology...
But no new program (I'm not coder)
Only change LZ Key (Key for unpack/pack/read files from pack) in packer and in metin2client.

You must only good protect the .exe for unpack

You can find the key out with cheatengine just run the game open process of metin2 and look memory view and search for eindex and you have the key so its useless to use that^^

In Assembly... Yes... But no the easy way open in hex editor :-S

btw. Not in cheat engine... use OllyDBG or IDA Pro 6.0

cheatengine ollydbg ida are all disassemblers its your choice which programm you use

Ja ist eine verschlüsselung einfach mit hex öffnen kay ändern und zack kann niemand mehr deine eix&epk entpacken oder klauen ^^

Was`n das für ne Märchengeschichte!? Das funktioniert so nicht! Vor allem nicht mit dem Suchbegriff "eindex".

entlich konnte ich mein client verschlüsseln
und somit kann niemand mehr mein clienten was raus klauen...
keine chance in der exe den key rauszulesen exe ist nochmals verschlüsselt.

Somit macht es noch etwas sicherer

Och mano jetzt kann jeder seinen eigenen verschlüsslungs Key machen naja egal xD
Zum Glück weis kaum einer wie man den LZO Key aus der bin ausliest wenn sie gepackt ist ansonsten wäre es schlimm denn dann is kein Client mehr sicher !!

Den jetzt wissen die e*pvper schonmal wie sie sich einen packer bauen können
