Need the best server-files

Hello, everyone,
Came here to this forum because I believe it's the best forum to get some information and people who are interested in metin2.
I'm planning to open a private server and would like to get the best server-files possible. I also would like to create something exclusively for my sever so want people who can create new things such as NPC, characters, etc.
Please show me what you have and I will choose one to work with. Of course, it will be a paid service.
