Monthly statement March
March was yet another strong month for the project.
We have developed, tested and rolled out the renewed
PvP sync which drastically improved the PvP experience on Rubinum. We see this update as a long term investment of time into the future of our project.
We want to thank everyone who participated and helped to make the update as good as it is. It would not have been possible without you !
Besides that, we have been able to make our Arabic update release ready, and we will deploy it shortly. This will open up the project to another part of the community.
Outlook on what is coming
Behind the scenes, we are working on a
renewal of parts of the game that is aimed to make the game less chaotic and easier to understand. Especially for people who are not into the ins and outs of the Rubinum project yet.
Through good community feedback, we realized that the
game is overwhelming for new players, and we are working on fixing this.
This renewal will be launched in **conjunction with the next speed server that is coming up. There is no date yet, but we are going to use the speed server to bring new attention to the project with a big marketing campaign. More information about the speed server will be coming in the
upcoming weeks.
Yohara
We have also been working on the Yohara update quite a bit. Many of you anticipate it. We are progressing good, and it will possibly be the biggest update that Rubinum has ever seen.
We have learned from our mistake last time, where we released a big update with the launch of our last event server.
This time, the Yohara update will be deployed after the merge, so Rubinum players can play on the speed server without loosing progress on main server.
Feedback
Listening to the community, reading chats and listening to streams, it became obvious that bug fixes and other small but very important fixes are taking too long sometimes.
We are going to change our procedure internally to make sure we always prioritize even minor issues immediately.
