A question about pservers

Hello,i tried to make a no-ip metin pserver but it didn't work and i want to know why.I will show you what i did step by step and my pc specs.
PC specs:
4gb ram ddr3
1g video ram ddr3
intel core i5 760(if i remember well it was 760)
the ram i led my server use was 800
Connectioninamic IP through router
Here is what i did step by step:
1.First i looked up on ipchicken.com to find my IP address and wrote it down and verified 3 times if i wrote it down correctly
2.Downloaded and unpacked raven's serverfiles
3.Installed mc.txt client
4.Installed portmaps
5.Started server and logged in(root/mcncc.com)
6.Sysinstall->configure->networking->de0(no and no at the prompts after i selected de0)
7.At the first i wrote down IPchicken ip,then with .100 then netmask 255.0.0.0
8.Exited->/etc/rc.d/netif restart then reboot
9.Logged in,./start,waited for 8 timeouts,started no-ip and selected server,started and configured portmaps with ipchicken ip with .100
10.Mc.txt configured:my NO-IP:firemt2.no-ip.info is exactly what i wrote at mc.txt
11.itried to login with rain 12345 and it failed.
Can somebody tell me what i am missing
P.S:i also had a preety good hamachi server so i am not a total rookie(lol)

You must put the full IP i guess.

I tried the full ip on portmap,nothing changed,do i still have to put .100 when i am in sysinstall?since i dont use hamachi to make the server.
