U can do it via quests, but it's not safe.

You can do it with Clientmodding + Php scripting.
You need to create a new "button" for the Player info "Like Duell, Whisper etc."
You can create "BANN" button, and if you click it you must login with your GM account to be sure that you are the real GM, after that you can ban this player with a PHP script which you created for the Client button.

Ich weiß nicht genau wo das liegt, aber man muss genau die Datei ändern die auch Lordkill für die LvLanzeige da verändert hat.
Der einzige der es "gemacht" hat, ist musicinstructor gewesen. Wo ich auch ein Screen sehen durfte.
