DT Blacksmith question

DT Weapon Blacksmith its making from battle +9 - to epic+0 how can i remove that option ? ( other blacksmith or scroll don`t mak epic+0 )

You Item vnum ??? to ???

You scroll to "refined_vnum" and delete the vnum ??? to zero

From 149 to 270 with refine_set 501, but if i do that thing, Tyrax from nulla will not make epic.

I wanna remove just from DemonTower BlackSmith.
