need help in creating metin2 launcher

hi guys i have enccountred a small problem while creating the private server i wanted to translate the client to arabic so i extracted the locale_ae from the middle east client and i got some files i replaced the:
locale_game.txt
locale_interface.txt
itemdesc.txt
of the fr client with the files of ae client
now when i launch the game using moustikk launcher i get these strange characters

so i started looking for a tutorial showing how to creat a launcher using the metin2client.bin from the ae client or any other client like the one of moustikk or mc.exe but i have found anything so my question is what should i do now to get fix those characters in the game??
