[PROBLEM]connection refused/network is unreachable

Hi All I know that In This forum is a lot of the same topics but anyone with them dont help me because i make this things check crash in navicat and put on new db,Player itp.. SO i write new topics with screenshot ,maybe anyone could help me.
Ps. Sorry for my English but i don't speak german , only English a bit.

Network is unreachable ist not a Problem..
Start the server?
Goto Navicat>Player>Press STRG+A>Maintables>Repair Tables>Exented
Reboot the Server>Login then -etc-rc.d-netif restart then .-start or give me your icq numer via PN
