aber kann die datei net hochladen


da steht Die Datei, auf die Sie zugreifen möchten, ist derzeit leider nicht verfügbar.

Wie lange ist das her, dass du die Datei hochgeladen hast? ich würde einfach mal 2 Stunden warten. Wenn es dann noch nicht geht, musst du sie wohl oder übel neu hochladen..
