How to edit overall drop rates?

I want to edit ALL of the drop rates of ALL mobs in the server.. this is TOO MUCH drops!

mob_drop_item, common_drop_item and etc_drop_item.
etc_drop_item and common_drop_item are drops from every monster you kill, so clear it and write a new with the common drops you want, etc_drop_item you can clear completly, mob_drop_item is the most work.
You may clear it and write a new, but that costs time or you just clear the drops from the monster, you don't need, that's not that much time, but also work

Are you crazy?? Iam from czech republic and I learn english language... the only reason I spoke german is: there are too many german ppl = better chance for answer...
So dont say "all you guys"... iam not one of them... I dont speak german, I use google translator
