Stuck Players and restart save

Hello, first of all i want to say that this is a really nice community

So lets get to the point, i have two problems:

1.On our server people keep logging out on theyre horses in the middle of the town or they teleport with theyre horses and that causes them to get stuck in the map and makes them unable to login with that character.

My questions is: Does anyone know if you can make an NPC that can change the coordinates of a character to a preset location, so you just enter the name of the character and it will change they're location?

2.Sometimes our server just dies.So i have to ./stop and reboot it
Is there any way to include a /shutdown on the server into the ./stop command so that we won't loose so much information when we reboot?

u have to write a quest for any npc
how to make the char been teleported u can look from the teleporter quest
hope i helped u
and before u ask
in this board are many tutorials hot to write a quest
just look for it

i know what a double post is, but the time between the posts is 2 days :P
i know i have to write a quest, but since the forum is in german i asked and hoped that someone who knew will respond in english :P
i also looked on the forum via google translator but ididnt find what i needed
