Question Blocked Characters - Help Please!

Hello everyone.
I have a problem with my private server. Thing is that some characters are stuck, and by "stuck" i mean that they automatically get kicked after the loading screen.
I did use the search function but ended up with no results.
So, if anyone can help it would be very apreciated. If there is a script or something to unblock them, let me know please.

(I'm sorry i posted in english, but i don't know german and google translate would just mess things up).

I hope i will get answers in English.

This is the configuration of my server...
# CPU: Intel Core2 Quad 4x2.5Ghz
# RAM: 4GB DDR II
# RAID1: 2x250GB
# HDD (external backup): 250GB

so i don't think the RAM memory is the problem...

Well online about 1500-2000 every time.
And accounts made: 10000+
Characters created: 10000+
