item_proto to item_proto.sql

Hello ElitePVPers
I have two questions.
Primary, i need know, if somebody have convertor, which converts my item_proto in client to item_proto.sql (query)...
And where can i download this convertor...

My second question is, what i need for my local server? I have server almost done, I will have money and iam asking, which server i will need? Dedicated server? Virtual server? And how can i install FREE BSD here.

You most Open Navicat..

Then you must go to te Table Player..

An There you find Item_proto
Then you make rightclick on the item_proto

Then you see the Option "Dump SQL File"

No you dont understand me...
I want convert item_proto_dump.xml (from client) to item_proto.sql ( to navicat)
because i dont want to write it manually

I have add weapons in shops..but the players make less dmg than the weapons says...what can i do??
And i want to put triangles for P skills...i have the code but i can't make it work or add it to navicat pls help me...
