also hab ne frage wie bekom ich es hin da steleporter und npc quests auf duetsch sind server oder client side?

Das ist Serverside.
Du musst im Quest Ordner eine deutsche QuestSammlung hochladen. Dann die Make.sh ausführen und Rebooten.
