Metin 2 server adding my gms isnt working

So as u may have read from above i cannot add gms,gas,cms

I have followed 6 different tutorials each one followed to exact same detail

done everything correctly still wont activate my gm acc

server was in testmode first boot gms was activated on all accounts
i removed test mode and cant get any gms to work now anyone got any ideas? happy to post my code if need be but im pretty sure u will all know what the code looks like

Show your db entries + did you restart the server/used reload a after adding them?

i rebooted vps i restarted server and reloaded best i can do to show db is these

1. Change the "admin12" to "Admin12"
2. Your charname is 1:1 the as in player.sql?
