Server with progressive upp! Only drop item up ??

I'm here to ask you a question!
What do you think about a server with progressive update for example:
You start from lv1 set and upp it in lv9 after lv15 after lv18 ecc.... For all armour/weapon excluded weapon 30-75
Or you prefer dropp the weapon/armour as is normally done also on the official metin2?

Never change basic things of a game. Most of the players won't like it.
