I would like to understand why rb2.to and aeldra.to are in exactly the same companies and using the same settings.
Let's start by the Anti-DDoS? VanwaTech

As we see they are using the exact same Anti-DDoS (and they are the only ones on metin2 using it)
But the Anti-DDoS doesn't prove anything, anyone uses them, now lets check deeper
Both domains (rb2.to and aeldra.to) are using the same TLD .to and seems like they registered the domain too in the same company

Now you must be wondering why on rubinum Technicals Datas appears "198.251.84.73" and on Aeldra "203.28.246.1".
Well the Aeldra IPS is their Anti-DDoS vanwatech, the rubinum has it too but that Technicals data are picking up the old Rubinum server that they had on the past, you can see that actual IP is VanwaTech.
You can see its a FranTech Solutions IP, now lets check Aeldra & Rubinum DNS...

Pretty much the same isn't it? Seems only like in Aeldra they hided more the DNS server.
Now as the end lets look into what SSLs both websites have:
