Automatically fill exp container

In simple terms: on the server where I play, there are items in which you can fill with experience and I need to automatically fill its.
When a user click right on the item a small window opens where you can enter the exp quantity and final press ok in this window.

How i can do this ?

Did you have already set the item up? Did you have already the quest for this item?
