Eigener Proxy (immernoch nicht vollständig geklärt)

Ich wollte mal nach diesem Thread einen Proxy macha:

aber es kommen bei der Installation so Menüs wo man etwas auswählen kann was muss man da auswählen?
Oder alles so lassen?

Falls ich das schaffen sollte wie muss ich dann den Proxy starten?
Wird er alleine gestartet?

in dem Guide steht noch
Das putty fenster einfach schließen! Wenn ihr ^C macht[in dem putty] schießt sich der proxy wieder!
Was ist ein putty fenster und wie schliese ich das?
muss dann da ^C stehen oder muss ich des eingeben?
