[HELP] How to create Metin2 Private Server?

Someone who knows how to create metin2 server without navicat and virtual PC contact me on discord

Instead of Navicat use:
HeidiSQL or PHPmyAdmin
You can also use Open BSD instead of "Virtual PC"

You cant create the Server without any Database Tool
and you will have a hard time setting up the Server without a Box
