[Problem] exchange window

Hey epvp,i install new exchange window but i have 2 problems , First is i can't put items in the bottom row as you see in the print







Second is i can't put yang shows me the message ->



Eng -> The player owns more than 2 billion yang

You can not trade with him



De -> Der Spieler besitzt mehr als 2 mrd. yang

Du kannst nicht mit ihm handeln



Anyone can help ?
