Exclamation Mysql Problem

Hey Leute

Ich habe folgendes Problem:

Betriebsystem: FreeBSD 11.0
Mysql Version: 5.7

Mysql startet zwar jedoch kriege ich keine Verbindung zur Datenbank per Navicat. Habe einen Benutzer angelegt jedoch komme ich mit diesen nicht rein.
Woran kann das liegen?

Falscher Pfad/ Port.
Keine Berechtigung/ Port Freigabe.
Replikation unverschlüsselt

Das Problem habe ich immer noch.
Es sind noch keine Serverfiles drauf aber selbst ohne kann man in die DB rein.
