[HELP] Compile quest problem

hey guys i have a problem can anyone help me out?
when i add a new quest in my server and try to compile the quest
code:
cd /usr/game/share/locale/turkey/quest
sh make.sh
alla the time i get the same error
make.sh: ./qc: Perimission denied
what the f... am i doing wrong? all the nessesery folder and file have 777 permission can anyone help?
