MySQL: 1062 - Duplicate entry '5137' for key 'PRIMARY'

Hello,
I am trying to add new items to item_proto in MySQL using QUERY. When I start Query, it says: "1062 - Duplicate entry '5137' for key 'PRIMARY'".
But there is not item with vnum 5137, the last vnum is 5136 (like on screen)

After you did that: strg + f and search for the vnum.
