[Help] Problem when exporting model 3d max 7

Hello, I would like to if you can help me with my problem here, I'll arrange the gun right in 3d max7, I exported it only when I insert the gun into metin2 it gets texture changing color going from the texture to a whitish color, not Getting only in the right texture, if not min mistake I think it's something I'm doing wrong from the time of export, could you help? Min gives a light.
