Server_attr vom Server ist nicht vollständig, oder nicht vorhanden oder nicht kompatiebel.

Beispiel:
Sie haben eine Karte 7 x7 aber es wird server_attr 5 x 5 verlangt das geht ja dann logischerweise nicht so ganz auf.

Und die regen.txt in den jeweiligen Ordner (map) um mobs zu spawn fehlt komplett bzw ist nicht kompatibel mit dem 7 x 7 sectree deswegen kommt auch automatisch der Fehler das es nicht kompatibel ist und server_attr sektor nicht in dieser karte zu finden ist.

und "RegenNPC: Cannot create guild npc" sollte sich ja von selbst klären
