Gameguard initial error

Hey guys, i got a mac, after my windows computer crashed.. but i got that problem... i can't play metin2 because of

gameguard initial error
please kill other conflict programs at restart the game.

i have been trying everything, as i proberly would think was the problem... but i can't just get into it.

can someone help me?

Take a look on the date.. Please don't push old threads. When you have a problem start an own thread -> If it's Metin2 (official) post it in the
Try to give us as much information as possible about your problem. Which hack are you exactly using, how have you tried to fix it, did you watch the video DeneX posted?
