[Help]Problem with Red Monocle

Hello all

I got problem with using red monocle 70030.. I cant use it in bio quest and also I cant find any quest related to it.

In item_proto too i changed the type to 3 and sub type to 8 .it disappears but cant applicable to give bio items again.

Can you tell me whats wrong with it ? and anything i should change?
