Syserr Fehler (DB) ?

Guten Tag Community,

hab ein Problem mit mein Server und zwar kommt folgende Syserr raus:

SYSERR: Jun 11 20:13:44 :: socket_connect: HOST localhost:15000, could not connect.
SYSERR: Jun 11 20:16:03 :: heart_idle: losing 138 seconds. (lag occured)
SYSERR: Jun 11 20:18:11 :: hupsig: SIGHUP, SIGINT, SIGTERM signal has been received. shutting down.

Kann wer helfen ?
Kann auch nicht ingame connecten ?
