Translate item_proto

I searched in Google and didn't found any English item_proto for my vanilla core 67k.So I want to translate item_proto from some other server files but I need the suggestion of experts so that I can choose right item_proto for 67k.

Please tell me the easiest way to translate item_proto

Any link would be great
