what do you mean with "they"? when you mean your friends they just had to write the IP of your server into the MC.txt and start metin2 with the headpic.exe

You must have Hamachi this programm let you host privat so you can play with youre friends but in that board i think you wouldn't find any Englisch video Tutorial but look at the german video Tutorials there you can do the same things like the person who filmed that tutorials so search in the board a german video Turtorial
I think my Englisch is not bad but if it is bad i'm sorry xD
