message upon player

i installed 2013 invoice server files
languige is DE
so i translated it to AE = arabic
but whene i ware the golde armor +9 it show a message upon the player
the message is not showin in +8 +7 +6.... just with +9

i though that this message is hidin in locale_ae file but i didnt find it

Its a affect found in metin2.de many years ago. You had to pay money if you wanted to level higher than lv 15 ... oh old times
I think its located in etc.eix/epk. You should look for it there
