help needed aftr almost 2 year break

hi all

after almost 2 years away from running a server (with original server)i have started to getting back into one again and im looking for anyone to point me in the right direction in getting How to Guides etc on how to do stuff like adding mounts,weapons etc
as most i have remembered but some things i have forgotten so any help or pointing in the right direction would help

i used to be [SA]Bob years ago and thanks (this doesnt contradict any rules)
