[Help] Help Please

I have my own metin2 Pserver today I finished it, im running it with hamachi. But now when I'm done. I dont know how can I make register web site and how can I get my mysql database works, I have Navicat 8.2, but dont know what should I do with it...
My Virtual PC is working fine and I'm able to access to my pserver with "Rain" account what here was from start,
but I also wanna make new account to my pserver.

I have readed other threads,

And I dont get why i'm not able to finish web.. and I also get somekind errors...

If someone know how can I make web and database work, pls help.

I got my Navicat db work.
But I wanna ask why I cant use GM commands?
