Login problem

Hello, I have a problem with the login. If I type wrong ID and PW the server says me wrong ID or PW, ok. But if I type good ID and PW the server says me error with the server connection. Please help me guys.

I can connect to the mysql with navicat.

EDIT: Ok, I solved the problem, I see the ports in the FTP config files, and type to the portmap, but we have a new problem. When my friend create a character ang login with that, the game has kicking out he, but if I trying connect with he character, I connect without problem.
