ItemShop with PaySafeCard?

Hello, a lot of servers are using psc for their itemshop.

I was wondering how can the server admins get paid through paysafecard.
Is necessary a merchant account or not?

the most of them got a MyPaysafecard Account. so they add the psc to their MyPsc Account and the money is saved there. It works like a bank Account. Then they buy things on Amazon or whatelse.

You can't make a merchant account with paysafecard for a private server, they specifically don't allow this.

You can use a third party service like Payment Wall (lots of payment systems but high fees) or TargetPay which has the best fees for PSC but only provides a few options. But it's only worth it if you have a serious project. If your project isn't, then you can go with the MyPaysafecard thing, but then you can only spend what you earn in online shops that accept PSC, nothing to do with a bank account.
