Channel 99. Port

Hi , i want to know how can i find port of channel 99.
In serverinfo.py i have only ports of ch1 , ch2 etc... and auth port.
I tried to ping to server ip adress but nothing happened , I tried to search links between my personal ip adress and server ip adress but without success.
So return to my question , how can i find this port without have access to db?
