[Help] client problem icon item ..xml wrong

hi everyone i have problem that i have bought encrypted client and with its extract tool so i can make my changes as adding arms or weapon and everything but the problem is that
when i extract the icon or item to put the files or pics into it and then i drag the xml file to the tool and its giving me the file pressed again so my problem was thats evrything is ok in the serverside 100% and in clientside50% because the waepon doesnt shows in-game i can wear it see its future and evrything exept its look like and so i find out that everytime i add anything to the icon and item files and pressed again then when i finish i re-extract them and i saw thats all my work have not been saved like all what i did have not been done because of the xml date so what i can do? i have to make an xml files for each thing i add to the files but i dont know how!!

i know if its not encrypted client i can use metin2repacker or Eternexus for the xml date
but the tool i have doesnt make the xml files
!!!

can someone help me? i dont think its big deal i think its easy to fix

actuly the guy is a campany thats also provide the metin2 files and the hosting

and unforunately they dont answer my QS and doesnt talk with me, i call them on phone and tickets but they dont answering me and they just told me if i want to add a weapon and armors
and this little stuff that take 1 hour maximum if i will upload alot of it about 480$ WTF
its sould be about 20$ at maxxxx!

i will stop deall with them when i finish my files but i dont know how to make a mysql backup so if i upload my new files and then i have to backup all players and what they owns !!!

im doing it manul but it toke me long time to finished up because im adding about 100 files so i have to write 100 code? omg is there any program useful to make the xml files? so i can add them directly
