Help with this quest pls

i Need this quest :

when using item 1000 give you bonus
- 100 attack speed
- 50% chance to critical hit '
everything for 30 seconds
item disappears after use
be used only for ninja.

And I want a list with all codes of bonuses to use in scrpting. I think that codes are in locale_game.
I will be grateful for your help.
