Seeking a designer for a metin2 server.

We are looking for a free designer ( since we can't offer him any payment yet for his services ). For his services we can offer him: Benefits related to item shop; A place in our team; Or some payment when the server will have more success. ( after one month or so. )
Requirements:
• Graphic & short film director / Knowledge of software installation package Adobe & video.
• Time available per day: at least 4 hours per day when there are projects in progress.
Below is what this entails:
• Able to make a description in photoshop
• Able to make a logo
• Able to make a video description.

It's a collective thread where user can annonce that they need team members for a metin server.

Additionally, I think it will be hard to find a designer with this amount of tasks who don't want to be paid/or only when the server makes profit.
