[HELP]Question about Python

Hello everyone, I'm trying to make a python script wich opens a NPC window (like peddler, octavio... etc. the window with buttons) and then it clicks(executes) automatically the last button of the window and then the script restarts itself. Someone know how could I make it? I would really appreciate your help. Regards.
