Two reason i think is:
1. Password is case sensitive, pass must be Shaiya123
2. If you're running SQL 2000, you should update to SQL 2000 sp4
.......

i have problem running the server...
i'm use Copmuterkranks serverfiles and after i start the server i get this error:

Every time i start SRO an error appears on my screen:
Failed to intialize NetEngine
Then the launcher opens but nothing happen. I restarted the launcher 20 times or more. Every Time the same!

Error starting SV 05/27/2007 - Conquer Online 2 - 3 Replies Just a few minutes ago, I'm unable to start SV 1.10, it gives this error:
