[Help] Small questions

Good night guys, i'm with the following problems and i would like know if some1 of u guys know a way to help me with this problems
ps: i'm using the game r34083 60mb

1- Max Level

I alrdy add the diff for level 250 on my game and alrdy edit MAX_LEVEL on the 25 configs (channel1, channel2, channel3, channel4, game99, each one with 5 cores)
but when the server is starting it show the info MAX_LEVEL 120, i have no idea why this is happening.
ps: if i use /level 120 it change me to level 120 and show me i'm level 120, but if i write /level 250 it show level 120 and i get higher hp than level 120

2- I cant atck with the mounts, i alrdy add the diff to but i cant atck with then, this start after the mount 20126

The problem is bcuz i has using a bad diff and i apply on game and i need use on bin :X here i leave the correct diff for all u guys

3- The costumes with time isnt working perfect they have limittype0=7 limitvalue0=86400 but when i "summon" it usint /i ID the costume disapear after 1 second ( if i remove the limittype and limit value and put costume without time it work perfect)

It happen bcuz i little fail mine on item_proto serverside, speaking with a friend we compare both db and here is an exemple
