LAULING V3 SVF PROBLEM

When i replace item_proto (query>>load>>item_proto.sql>>run>>save>>reboot sv) with one in romanian, after the reboot, i can't connect to the srv anymore, the item_proto in romanian works fine, cuz i had it on other serverfiles. Where might be the problem ??
