Did you already try to download the mss32.dll from a website? Delete the old and try it with the new. Maybe it works.

Try to put the mss32.dll into your system32 folder

but , if i put the mss32.dll in the system32, the players have got the same error if not have this dll in system 32 xD

search at google for directx websetup and download from the first post. After download just install it.
